Image production : Depending on your needs, I can work either with or without AI tools. When AI is involved, I exclusively use local open-weight AI (ComfyUI / Ollama). By running these models locally, I ensure your data remains completely private while reducing the environmental impact (carbon footprint) compared to cloud-based solutions.
If I’m using online AI tools (such as Google Gemini) for research or translation, I configure settings to disable activity logging and prevent data from being used for model training. This ensures that your project information is never integrated into the AI’s public knowledge base.

From Sound to Screen
1. First Contact
Email me your track, the lyrics, your main idea, and your desired service.
I’ll respond within 48h (Tokyo time, GMT+9) with a quote and a schedule.
2. Launch & Art Direction
If you agree with the quote and schedule a 40% deposit kicks off the project.
Then we’ll meet online to discuss two art directions I’ll prepare for you.
We choose the one that fits the song and your identity best.
3. The Craft
Deep listening and reading :
Every project begins with hours of listening of your track and reading the lyrics. It’s an occasion for me to get the structure, transients, textures, and the breath of the track.
Sonic Dissection: I use your stems to isolate vocals and instruments, turning them into my favorite creative material: audio curves.
You only have a “flat” master? No problem. I can isolate the elements in Logic Pro to ensure a high-precision audio-reactive result.
Visual Baking: These curves drive every movement, light, and deformation in the video. According to the project we validated previously, I use everything from 3D and procedural systems to illustration and frame-by-frame animation to make the visuals “breathe” with the rhythm.
Refinement: You receive a first render for feedback.
We adjust the details to perfectly match the mood.
4. Final Delivery
Once the project is validated, and the remaining 60% of the total invoice is settled,
I deliver the final master in your requested formats and resolutions.
